At last week's duathlon David was the lucky winner of a new pair of sneakers. Not just sneakers but $175 Newton (as in Issac) super duper running shoes - the fastest shoes, proven to take seconds off of a 10K, minutes off of a marathon! Can't wait to see his results this weekend - we're headed up to St. Cloud for the night and will enjoy the Apple Duathalon on Saturday morning.
